Appellations Fronsac et Canon Fronsac

Les appellations Fronsac et Canon Fronsac se situent en Gironde à 30 km nord-est de Bordeaux & 5 km au nord-ouest de Libourne. Ces appellations sont reconnues depuis 1937 en catégories AOC – AOP.

LES TERRES DE FRONSAC ET CANON FRONSAC

Fronsac possède 800 hectares pour une production de 44400 hectolitres et Canon Fronsac 300 hectares pour 16200 hectolitres. Il y a environ 55 crus qui produisent du vin souple en élevage en barrique avec 4 et 12 ans de fermentation.
